        Ray and I want to thank you for the excellent work you and your crew did in our sun porch….we love it! We are so glad we decided to put the hardwood floor down. The room looks great and is definitely warmer with the insulation in the ceiling, the finished ceiling and the wood floor…The cold weather of recent weeks has been a good test for the success of the remodeling.

        I’m very particular about the type of people who come into our home to do work for us…inside and out. The crews you sent to work here were great. Job Well Done

Dear Damian:

I very much want to thank you and Jonathan Linch for all your efforts in renovating our condominium at the Rainbow, 11200 Coastal Highway, Ocean City, Maryland.  We very  much appreciate all the professionalism and excellent craftsmanship. 

 “We purchased an oceanfront condominium in September 2009.  The unit was 25 years old and was in great need of renovation.  We talked to and received several formal proposals from various licensed contractors.  We selected Celtic Nations.  We were certainly glad we did.

 We were extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and craftsmanship displayed by Damian McAlister, Jonanthan Linch and their staff.  Starting at the needs evaluation stage, they spent a significant amount of time understanding what we wanted done and worked with us in developing a budget plan and a time schedule for the work to be done.  

 Being a CPA, I am very much interested in knowing all the details of the work and the costs associated with this.  We were provided an itemized proposal down to the level that we were comfortable with which allowed us to fully evaluate their proposal with others.  One of the reasons we selected them was how they treated us in this process and how comfortable we felt with them and the proposal they provided.

 When it came time for the work to be done, they kept on schedule and advised us of work progress and other important information as needed.  The work itself is of fine quality and the associated craftsmanship is as fine as done in generations past.  The level of detail and the care taken to ensure that all requirements were satisfied was amazing.  In this regard, they even undertook additional refinements and suggestive enhancements which were above and beyond the level and scope of work detailed in their proposal.  There was no “second” or additional invoice at the end of the job!

We would categorically and without question recommend Celtic Nations to you for your home renovation needs.  We also hope you can see the work completed in our unit, with the attached pictures that we have given Damian and Jon permission to use in their website.”

Dee & John,

 We want to say "thank you" for turning our tiny, galley kitchen into a beautiful, modern, open and very functional showplace!!! We love it, and so does everyone else who has come to visit since you finished.

 You and your men were great to work with; everyone of them is a true craftsman. We can't say enough about how conscientious all of you are, always on time and very neat. We also appreciated the way you offered suggestions to help maintain our budget without sacrificing the look we were looking for.

 We plan to use Celtic for all of our future remodeling projects, and we'll recommend you to all of our friends.

Dee & John,

 Celtic Nations had previously done some smaller jobs at our place in the past, and their professionalism and attention to detail made them the obvious choice for remodeling our bathrooms.  Needless to say, they did not disappoint.  They were so thorough and helpful through the entire process, whether it was a question of what color or where something should go or how to deal with the inevitable unforeseen obstacles.  Most importantly, as someone living in the house during the remodel, they were extremely respectful or our schedule and maintain such a clean workspace, at times it was hard to tell if they were even there.  In short, I have and will continue to recommend Celtic Nations to anyone that asks.

My husband David and I have a condo in Ocean Dunes, unit 202 and it was in need of some assistance to take
it from the rental it was when we bought it last year to our summer home.

We had a bathroom completely redone, the tub taken out of another bathroom and replaced, painted the entire unit, had the popcorn ceiling removed in the living dining area and the top of the fireplace enclosed so we could hang a big flat screen.

Damian and Jon actually responded to our call for an estimate and then showed up to meet with us the next weekend. The next thing they did was actually email us an estimate.

I can't speak for anyone else, but we had trouble finding contractors in OC to either meet with us or follow through with an estimate.

We are more than happy with their work, I am thrilled. The bathroom is gorgeous with a huge walk-in shower and beautifully tiled with frameless glass doors. The painting and caulking are immaculate and the ceiling looks fabulous.
The area over the fireplace looks like it has always been there.

They even hung two televisions and my curtain rods.
The place was immaculate when we got there after the work was completed.

Just telling you the scope of the work so you can continue to recommend them for any job,

I know that in two years when I am ready to redo the kitchen, they will be the ones to do the job!
